Implementation

One-time work so the desk can go live.

Migration, training, a config review, a second location, or an EHR connection. Each service is a product you can order. Software is sold separately.

Patient Database Migration

from $44.99

We map demographics, visit history you choose to keep, and provider assignments from a CSV, prior PMS export, or agreed extract. You review a staging list before anything is live. We do not invent clinical content.

Front-Desk Staff Virtual Training

from $59.99

A live 1-hour remote session. Booking rules, reminder templates, no-show handling, and the five things that go wrong on day one. Recorded for staff who could not attend, with a short checklist afterward.

HIPAA Compliance Server Audit

from $84.99

A technical review of your MedDesk Flow tenant, access roles, logging posture, and related network or proxy config. You receive written findings. This is not a legal opinion and not a certification.

Enterprise Multi-Branch Setup

from $99.99

Locations, shared visit types, local calendars, and who can see which board. Built for a group that already knows it is more than one waiting room.

Custom API / EHR Integration

from $104.99

Connect MedDesk Flow to the EHR or database you already treat as system of record. We agree fields, direction of sync, and failure behavior before a single write happens.

What we will not do

We will not configure MedDesk Flow as a telemedicine exam room, an e-prescribing network, or a storefront for drugs. We will not write clinical protocols. If the work is medicine, it stays with licensed clinicians and their record.

How a service runs

Scope first. Then a date. Then a written close.

  1. You send a short brief: system names, location count, who will attend training.
  2. We confirm a starting price or a revised quote if the extract is messy.
  3. Work happens on a scheduled window. You keep a named contact.
  4. We hand back a close note: what moved, what you still own, what to watch in week one.
